Finebizz operates as a structured digital business directory, SEO landing page provider, and classified listing platform across India. As we provide digital services, all purchases are subject to the following refund terms.

1. Nature of Service

Finebizz provides digital listing services, SEO-structured individual landing pages, and classified advertisement placements.

Activation begins after listing review and approval. Once listing is activated and published, the service is considered delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Payment completed but listing not activated within the committed timeframe.
• Verified technical errors from our side preventing service delivery.
• Duplicate payment transactions.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after listing activation.
• Dissatisfaction due to business performance, ranking, traffic, or leads.
• Removal or suspension due to violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Expired subscription plans.
• Classified advertisements already reviewed and published.
• Completed and delivered digital services.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation before listing activation and approval.

Once listing is activated and published, the service is considered delivered and no cancellation or refund will be applicable.

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

6. Platform Discretion

Finebizz reserves the right to review, evaluate, and approve refund requests at its sole discretion based on policy terms.
