Finebizz is a structured digital business directory and classified listing platform providing SEO-based business listings, individual landing pages, and categorized advertisement publishing services across India.

2. User Responsibility

Business owners and users are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, authenticity, and completeness of the information submitted.

Finebizz does not verify ownership documents unless specifically stated. Any false, misleading, or illegal information is strictly prohibited.

3. Listing Review & Approval

Every listing is reviewed before activation to maintain quality standards.

Finebizz reserves the right to:

• Edit formatting for structure and clarity  
• Reject incomplete submissions  
• Remove misleading, duplicate, or inappropriate content  
• Suspend listings that violate policy  

4. Plan Validity & Renewal

All paid plans are valid for one (1) year from the date of activation unless otherwise stated.

Listings must be renewed before expiry to remain active. Finebizz is not responsible for ranking or visibility loss after expiry.

Renewal fees are subject to the current pricing structure.

5. Classified Listings

Classified advertisements are published based on submitted content. Once approved and published, classified ads are considered delivered services.

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and advertising standards.

6. Platform Limitation

Finebizz acts only as a digital directory and classified listing platform.

We are not involved in transactions, negotiations, payments, disputes, or service delivery between businesses and customers.

Finebizz does not guarantee business performance, leads, or customer conversion.

7. Content Removal Rights

Finebizz reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing:

• That violates these terms  
• That receives verified complaints  
• That contains unlawful material  
• That damages platform credibility  

8. Limitation of Liability

Finebizz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from:

• Use of the platform  
• Inaccurate information provided by users  
• Business disputes between listed parties  

9. Modifications

Finebizz reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
